Google Drive Access (Optional): AppData If you enable sync, PromptBase will store your prompt data in your Google Drive’s Appdata folder, which is private to your account and not accessible by others.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

- Store your prompts locally

- Enable Google Drive-based backup and sync (if opted-in)

- Improve extension performance and reliability (non-personally identifiable technical metrics)

- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

PromptBase requests the following Chrome permissions:

You may use PromptBase entirely offline without enabling any sync features.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time via your browser's extension settings or revoke access from your Google Account settings.
